Helen is the CEO of EM Tuition, which encompasses the NTP, as well as the Non-profit side of the organization and much more. Her passion is to ensure that every child has the same chance in life and believes education can provide them with that opportunity.
As a director and esteemed board member, Louise has been an integral part of EM Tuition since its inception. With a career focused on account management and operational expertise, Louise brings a wealth of experience to organisation. Serving as the DSL, as well as being trained in first aid and mental health support, Louise is deeply committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of learners. She firmly advocates for equal opportunities in education for all individuals.
Michael has been with EM Tuition since the beginning and is proudly a board member, working alongside the other members of the board for more than 5 years. He has specialised in IT and Data management throughout his career, taking on other Management Projects. He is a keen believer in the support the organisation offers both young people and disadvantaged learners.
Caroline is responsible for all HR related aspects for the company’s HR function.
Additionally, Caroline takes on project work plus many other HR administrative duties that support HR running as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Viktor has been in education for more than 15 years. His background includes teaching/tutoring, school management and teacher training. He is eager to support a team of tutors, help them focus on high standards and go that extra mile to provide a high quality experience for staff and students.
Tanya joined EM Tuition to support the office with data entry and administration. Tanya is also responsible for the voluntary side of EM Tuition and works with families and tutors to provide free tuition to children socially and financially disadvantaged. If you are interested in supporting children, on a voluntary basis, Tanya would love to hear from you.
Jane is a part of our HR team and plays a vital role in all things relating to the overall smooth running of the HR team. Jane will often contact you in relation to references, vetting and any other HR related matters.
Chris joined EM Tuition to support the Lead Tutors with attendance and data monitoring. Chris and will be liaising with you in relation to reporting and the organization of your lessons.
Chris worked with the Royal Mail for over 20 years and is well versed at chasing you when needed!
