Our programme provides a supportive and structured environment for young people facing exclusion, non-attendance, or behavioural challenges. We focus on physical fitness, emotional regulation, and essential life skills to help them build resilience, self-discipline, and positive behaviours.

Focus on Physical Activity

The sessions begin with engaging physical activities, including boot camp-style exercises and boxing drills, designed to channel energy positively while teaching discipline and emotional regulation. Integrated within these activities are lessons on nutrition, where pupils learn about healthy eating habits and the impact of nutrition on fitness and mental health. This approach not only encourages physical fitness but also promotes self-discipline, resilience, and self-awareness.

Mindfulness & Emotional Reflection

Following the physical activities, pupils participate in guided mindfulness exercises. These sessions teach breathing techniques, self-reflection, and emotional regulation strategies, helping young people to understand and manage their emotions, stay present, and build resilience.

Work & Life skills

We incorporate the Work Skills Qualification into our programme to support pupils in acquiring practical skills for both academic and personal growth. Our curriculum focuses on five key areas: Recognising Own Skills for Personal Development, Developing Personal Confidence and Self-Awareness, Managing Social Relationships, Developing Interpersonal Skills, and Teamwork and Group Communication. Through these units, pupils also strengthen their Speaking and Listening Skills, all taught in accessible and relevant ways. By reinforcing these abilities, we aim to build pupils’ confidence and prepare them with essential skills for reintegration into mainstream schooling or future career pathways.
